Message	Thanks, Josh. We do appreciate your buisness, and I didn't mean to come across wrong earlier. I understand that you really didn't know what you were getting into with that project. We initially knew it was going to be time consuming and complicated, but it just got worse and worse the further we got into it. In your defense I know you didn't personally do or were aware of the problems with the work that consisted in the hack job you brought us. I'm not claiming we are perfect, but we did the best we could to get our car headed in the right direction, fixing things right as we went. There were a lot of problems with the car that I'm not sure anyone but a specialist would have even found. As always we will be glad to help you with your future needs as long as you can understand that we aren't out to sell you additional parts or services that you don't need. We have plenty of work already, we don't need to scam people to get more. This feeling of distrust towards us is what most offended me during our previous business together. We just don't do that kind of thing. We just present the facts about repair, maintenence, and performance and let the customers make the decisions. We aren't into pressure sales tactics. There are enough Z's out there with problems that we don't have to make them up. Josh, you have a nice car that I realize you have a lot of time and money in. I hope it all works out for you and you end up with what you wanted.
